Lost pets - Toronto

Howie is a beagle/foxhound mix and he stands to be about 2 1/2 ft tall (on all fours). He has a white tipped tail, a white spot on his snout and a black guardian gear collar. He has a very gentle personality and doesn't really bark. He is microchipped (#982009105916084), but he is currently under the care of the Toronto Humane Society. Please, please let me know if anyone has seen him or a hound mix running around.
